Getting Started

Download the DiasPay app from Google Play or the App Store, or visit our website. Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number, verify it with the OTP sent to you, and your account is created instantly. You can complete KYC later to unlock full features.

For basic KYC, you need any one of: Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, or Passport. Full KYC requires Aadhaar and PAN along with a selfie for verification. KYC enables higher wallet limits and access to all services.

DiasPay is available on Android (7.0+), iOS (14.0+), and web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Our mobile app offers the best experience with biometric login and push notifications.

Creating an account and most payment services are free. Some services may carry a small convenience fee which is always displayed before you confirm the transaction. There are no hidden charges.

DiasPay is a complete digital payment platform covering bill payments (electricity, water, gas, broadband, insurance, loan EMI, and more via BBPS), mobile and DTH recharge, FASTag recharge, credit card bill payments, gift cards, vendor payments, education fee payments, payment gateway, payout services, connected banking, POS terminals, and a verification suite. We also offer an agent partner program and a cashback rewards program.

Bill Payments & Recharge

DiasPay supports 200+ billers through Bharat Connect (BBPS) including electricity boards (all states), piped gas, LPG cylinder booking, water supply, broadband, postpaid bills, insurance premiums, loan EMIs, municipal tax, housing society maintenance, and tax payments. For recharge, we support all major operators: Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, and DTH providers like Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, and Dish TV.

Most BBPS bill payments are processed within minutes. However, the biller may take up to 24-48 hours to update the payment in their system. You will receive an instant confirmation from DiasPay once the payment is successfully processed.

Yes, you can pay credit card bills for all major banks directly through DiasPay. Simply select Credit Card under bill payments, enter your card details, and pay using UPI, net banking, or your DiasPay wallet.

Go to Services > FASTag, enter your vehicle number or FASTag ID, select the recharge amount, and pay using your preferred method. The balance is updated on your FASTag within minutes.

Currently, you can save your biller details for quick repeat payments. Auto-pay and recurring payment features are on our roadmap and will be available in a future update.

Unfortunately, once a recharge is successfully processed and the plan is activated by the operator, it cannot be reversed. Please always verify the mobile number and plan details before confirming. For wrong number recharges, you may contact the operator directly.

Vendor & Education Payments

Vendor payments let businesses pay their suppliers and vendors using a credit card. Upload the invoice, verify vendor bank details (PAN, GSTIN, and bank account), and pay via credit card. Funds are held until admin approves, then disbursed directly to the vendor's bank account via IMPS or NEFT.

Pay school, college, or coaching institute fees using a credit card. Select the institution, enter the student enrollment details, choose the fee type (tuition, hostel, exam, or transport), and complete the payment. The institution's bank account is verified before payout, and you receive real-time payment status updates and receipts.

DiasPay supports tuition fees, hostel fees, examination fees, and transport fees. Each payment is tracked with the student's enrollment details, and receipts are generated for every transaction.

Yes, DiasPay verifies the vendor or institution's bank account details before any payout is disbursed. This includes IFSC and account number verification to ensure funds reach the correct recipient securely.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards from 200+ popular brands across categories like shopping (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), food (Swiggy, Zomato), entertainment (Netflix, Hotstar), travel (MakeMyTrip, Uber), and more. Available brands may vary.

Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email and are also available in your DiasPay app under My Gift Cards. You will receive the voucher code, PIN (if applicable), and activation link.

Gift card validity varies by brand and is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. Most gift cards are valid for 6-12 months from the date of purchase. Please check the specific terms for each brand.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. If you receive a defective or invalid voucher code, contact our support team within 48 hours with your order details and we will assist you.

Wallet

Go to Wallet > Add Money, enter the amount, and choose your preferred payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking). The balance is credited instantly upon successful payment.

With minimum KYC, you can hold up to Rs 10,000 in your wallet. With full KYC (Aadhaar + PAN verified), the limit increases to Rs 2,00,000 as per RBI guidelines for prepaid payment instruments.

Yes, if you have completed full KYC. Go to Wallet > Withdraw, enter the amount and your linked bank account details. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

No, DiasPay wallet is a prepaid payment instrument and does not earn interest on the stored balance. It is designed for convenience in making quick payments.

Payments & Transactions

DiasPay accepts UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and DiasPay wallet balance. Available payment methods may vary by service and transaction amount.

Transaction limits depend on your KYC status and the payment method. UPI transactions follow NPCI limits (currently up to Rs 1 lakh per transaction). Card and net banking limits are set by your bank. Wallet limits are governed by RBI regulations.

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, an automatic refund will be initiated. UPI refunds are typically instant, while card/net banking refunds may take 3-7 business days. You can track the refund status in your Transaction History. If the refund doesn't appear within the expected timeline, contact our support team at support@diaspay.in.

Every successful transaction generates a digital receipt which is available in your Transaction History. You can view, download, or share the receipt directly from the app or website.

Most transactions are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For pending transactions, you may have a brief window to cancel before processing completes. Refund eligibility varies by service type — see our Refund Policy for details.

Payment Gateway

DiasPay Payment Gateway is a unified payment acceptance solution that routes transactions intelligently across multiple payment providers. Accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through a single API integration with smart routing for maximum success rates.

Smart routing automatically selects the best payment provider for each transaction based on success rate, cost, and provider health. This maximises your payment success rate and minimises processing costs without any manual configuration.

Yes, DiasPay Payment Gateway is PCI DSS compliant. Card data is tokenised and we never store full card numbers. All data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest.

We offer REST APIs with idempotent endpoints, real-time webhook notifications for instant reconciliation, and automatic retry with failover. Detailed transaction analytics and settlement reports are available via the dashboard and API.

The payment gateway supports e-commerce stores, subscription/SaaS businesses, B2B invoicing, and in-app mobile payments. Whether you need checkout pages, recurring billing, payment links, or SDK embedding, DiasPay has you covered.

Payout Services

DiasPay Payouts let you disburse funds to any bank account in India instantly via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. Ideal for vendor payments, salary disbursements, refunds, and partner settlements.

Yes, you can process thousands of transfers in a single batch. Upload a CSV file with beneficiary details or use our bulk payout REST API. Each payout is tracked end-to-end with real-time status updates.

Before every payout, DiasPay verifies the beneficiary's bank account number and IFSC code. This ensures funds reach the correct recipient and reduces failed transfers.

Yes, multi-level approval workflows are available for compliance. Payouts can be configured to require admin approval before processing, with a complete audit trail of who initiated, approved, and executed each transfer.

IMPS payouts are near-instant (typically under 10 seconds). NEFT payouts settle in batches during banking hours. RTGS is available for high-value transfers (above Rs 2 lakh) with same-day settlement. Payouts are available 24/7 for IMPS.

Connected Banking

Connected Banking lets you link your business bank account from a DiasPay partner bank directly to the DiasPay dashboard. You can then initiate vendor payouts, process bulk salary disbursements, and manage beneficiaries — all from one place, with funds moving directly bank-to-bank.

DiasPay partners with major banks including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, and Kotak. More partner banks are being added regularly. Contact us to check if your bank is supported.

No. Connected Banking works with direct bank-to-bank transfers. Funds are debited directly from your linked business bank account — no intermediary wallet or float is required.

Every new beneficiary is verified via penny drop — a small test transfer to confirm the account number, IFSC, and account holder name. This ensures payouts always reach the intended recipient.

Yes, full API banking is available. You can initiate transfers, add beneficiaries, check transfer status, and download statements programmatically via our REST API. CSV bulk upload is also supported for batch operations.

POS & Verification Services

DiasPay offers smart POS terminals for retail stores with live transaction reporting, daily auto-settlement, and support for card payments, UPI, and QR code scanning. Ideal for shops, kirana stores, and service centres looking to accept digital payments.

The Verification Suite lets you verify PAN, Aadhaar, bank accounts, and GST details via API. It is built for onboarding workflows, KYC compliance, and vendor due diligence. All verifications return results in real-time.

Agent Partner Program

The DiasPay Agent Program lets you run a digital payment counter from your shop or any retail location. Process recharges, bill payments, and other services for walk-in customers and earn commission on every transaction.

Agents earn up to 5% commission on every recharge and bill payment processed. Commissions vary by service category and volume. Settlements are credited directly to your linked bank account.

Yes, DiasPay supports a sub-agent model. You can onboard other retailers under your network and earn additional overriding commission on their transactions. This lets you scale your earnings beyond your own shop.

Rewards & Cashback

Pay your regular bills and recharges through DiasPay and earn cashback directly into your wallet. Cashback is automatically credited after a successful transaction — no coupons or promo codes needed.

Cashback rates vary by category: up to 5% on electricity bills, up to 3% on mobile recharge, up to 4% on DTH recharge, up to 2% on gas bills, up to 3% on water bills, and up to 5% on gift card purchases. Rates are subject to change and applicable limits.

Cashback is credited to your DiasPay wallet within 24 hours of a successful transaction. You can use the cashback balance for future payments or withdraw it to your bank account (full KYC required).

Security

We use bank-grade security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and tokenization for sensitive payment information. Our infrastructure undergoes regular security audits and penetration testing.

Yes, all transactions require OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number. The mobile app also supports biometric authentication (fingerprint/face) for quick and secure access.

Immediately contact our support team at support@diaspay.in. We can temporarily freeze your account to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Never share your OTP, PIN, or password with anyone — DiasPay will never ask for these.

DiasPay does not store your full card details. Card payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. If you choose to save a card for future payments, only a tokenized reference is stored — not the actual card number.

Account & Support

Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your name, email, and address. Mobile number changes require re-verification via OTP. KYC-linked details (name as per Aadhaar/PAN) can only be updated by re-submitting KYC documents.

Yes, you can request account deactivation by contacting support@diaspay.in. Before deactivation, ensure your wallet balance is zero or request a withdrawal. Account data will be retained for the legally required period as per RBI and tax regulations.

Your complete transaction history is available under the Transactions section in the app or website. You can filter by date range, service type, or status. Each transaction includes detailed information and a downloadable receipt.
