Delete your DiasPay account

You can request permanent deletion of your DiasPay account and associated personal data. Submit the form below and our team will process your request within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, mobile, date of birth, gender)
  • KYC documents and uploaded identity proofs
  • Saved beneficiaries, payees, and notification preferences
  • Device tokens and login sessions

What we are required to retain

  • Transaction records, ledger entries, and tax/audit data — retained for the minimum period mandated by RBI, GST, and the Income Tax Act (typically 7–10 years).
  • Records related to ongoing disputes, chargebacks, or regulatory investigations.

Retained data is access-controlled and used only to satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations.

Must match the mobile number registered on your DiasPay account.

This action is irreversible.

Once your account is deleted, your wallet balance (if any) will be refunded to your original funding source where possible. Pending transactions will be settled before deletion.
